On the 13th of January, 2002 Jacqueline Nyeko's (24) badly beaten body was found in a storage shed area on the Ethelred Estate, south-east London, January 2002. She was discovered by two boys.
Jacqueline died of head injuries, and detectives tracing the 24-year-old Brixton woman's final movements found the last sighting of her to have been at 10pm on the 10th of January in St John's Crescent. She was found partially clothed.
The Investigation
In 2006 a 27-year-old man was detained in Kennington, south-east London, and was taken to a south London police station for questioning. There have bee no public updates since.
